Rui Cao og Antonius ændrer betingelserne for $1 mio. challenge
Rui Cao og Patrik Antonius spillede tilbage i 2011 $500/$1000 Pot Limit Omaha cashgame på Full Tilt Poker, og det var en dyst der tilsyneladende har efterladt så dybe mærker i Rui Cao, at han nu søger hævn over Antonius.
Antonius tog ved den lejlighed $800.000 fra Rui Cao, som selv mente han havde en edge mod den finske highroller, og tabet blev åbenbart for meget for Rui Caos ego. Nogle måneder senere gik han nemlig ud af sin vej for at fortælle hele pokerverdenen, at Patrik Antonius ikke må få lov at spille med i Macao fordi han er for nittet.
“Fyren er jo sindssyg. Han er bare pissed fordi jeg har taget så mange penge fra ham. Han kan sige hvad han vil, jeg gider ikke skændes med ham…”, sagde Antonius dengang som svar på Rui Caos bombastiske udtalelse.
Nu har gløderne mellem Rui Cao og Patrik Antonius dog fået nyt liv, da spillerne aftalte at spille en $1.000.000 “heads up for rolls” dyst. Der skulle spilles PLO for $350.000, NL Hold’em for $350.000 og 2-7 Triple Draw for de sidste $300.000.
De to spillere startede deres dyst i går, og i chatten du kan se herunder fik de aftalt de endelige betingelser for kampen:
